Christopher Boyce is a happiness and wellbeing expert with more than 20 years of experience researching the science and practice of happiness. Trained originally as an economist, he later completed a PhD in Psychology examining the relationship between the economy and wellbeing. Christopher has published widely in academic journals, consultancy reports, and the media, with a focus on turning research into practical insights. In 2022, he published A Journey for Happiness: The Man Who Cycled to Bhutan, a reflection on happiness inspired by his real-life journey to Bhutan. The book is available on his blog.
